Support for Bhai Amritpal Singh of the Waris Panjab De organisation
Support for Bhai Amritpal Singh of the Waris Panjab De organisation

President Harman Singh
The demise of the inspirational leadership of Deep Singh Sidhu and the murder of Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala created a cultural void that launched Bhai Amritpal Singh Khalsa, whom the Sikh people have wholeheartedly welcomed in hopes of fighting the encroachment on the Sikh identity and reviving the Sikh spirit for a free homeland.
Bhai Amritpal Singh of the ‘Waris Panjab De’ organisation started creating waves as he moved from Dubai to Punjab. While many were sceptical about him going back as they feared for his safety, he remains determined on his commitment to the Guru and Sikh nation. For this reason among many, we recognise his willingness to bring about change.
The Indian state, media and its machinery are threatened by the outpour of support received by Bhai Amritpal Singh, and they have immediately positioned themselves on the offensive. As expected, defamation narratives, smear campaigns and prosecutions by launching official investigations have begun in order to criminalise and demonise Bhai Amritpal Singh and the Sikh struggle for freedom.
The people have begun to organise and create a formal front to counter state repression and for as long as Bhai Amritpal Singh fights for the cause, it is the intention of the New Zealand Sikh Youth to offer our support and we call upon Sikhs of Punjab & the diaspora to openly show allegiance to a movement for Sikh sovereignty, for Khalistan.
We would also like to commend those organisations and individuals who have joined forces for this common goal so that the sacrifice made by countless souls for the Sikh nation does not go in vain. We will continue to support all those fighting for the freedom and independence of the Sikh people.
